Avoid stimulating and greasy foods for lunch
Eating the wrong foods can also disrupt your sleep. If you want to take a nap, avoid consuming coffee, strong tea, cola, or other beverages or foods containing caffeine or theobromine during lunch. This can prevent excessive stimulation and interference with the quality of your nap. Also, avoid eating greasy foods such as fatty pork or animal skin, as they not only burden digestion but also contribute to weight gain.
