Gradual recovery

Eat six or seven percent of each meal

During the re-feeding period, each meal is only six or seven minutes full. Eating six or seven minutes full can meet the needs of the body, but also to prevent the intake of excessive calories lead to weight rebound.

Eat light and easily digestible food
