Phase 1

The first phase of the 21-day diet is the first 3 days of the fasting phase, which is mainly for detoxification of the intestines. What you need to do in this phase is to fast completely and drink only water, and people who do not have a good stomach can drink honey water. Every morning, drink a glass of warm water and then 500ml of light salt water at a temperature of about 25 degrees (do not add more than 2g of salt) in small sips. It is recommended that it is best to start from the second or third day after the end of the period, it is easier to stick to it.

Phase 2

The second phase of the 21-day diet is mainly the process of fat elimination, which requires vegetable and fruit meals, not to overdo it, and not to eat staples, fats and sweets. You can choose fruits with low glycemic index such as apples, kiwi, lemons, plums, cherries and oranges. It is also important to note that not that vegetables and fruits can be eaten in large quantities, eat too much also easy to make the sugar in the fruit into fat accumulation, so to control the amount.

Stage 3

The third stage of the 21-day diet is to eat normally, because the first two stages of starvation, you will especially want to overeat, this is not possible, overeating will lead to rebound, you must only eat to 60% full, more chew and swallow the habit, at first you can eat some porridge to regulate the stomach and intestines, do not consume a lot of staple foods and meat.

How to do the 21-day diet to lose weight with better results

With exercise

When doing the 21-day diet, the diet intake of food is less, not suitable for strenuous exercise, but you can do some gentle and soft aerobic exercise, such as yoga, jogging, rope skipping, Pilates, cycling, etc., can consume more calories, burn fat and achieve better slimming effect.

Fasting 4 hours before bedtime

In the 21-day diet, whether it is the second phase or the third phase of the recovery diet, it is necessary to fast 4 hours before bedtime. One of the biggest taboos of weight loss is to eat before going to bed, sleep when the body does not need to exercise, eaten by the body will be absorbed into fat hoarding. If you are too hungry to eat, you can only eat a small amount of boiled vegetables or fruit.

Don't stay up late

While using the 21-day diet, you should also develop a regular and good work and rest schedule, go to bed early and wake up early, and not stay up too late. Because the 21-day diet uses a relatively small amount of dinner or not eaten at all, and the night is long, if you sleep late, it will trigger stomach hunger and eat, so not only will not lose weight, but gain weight. And if you get up early, drink a glass of water at 5-7 a.m., you can better discharge toxins from the body and lose weight better. Warm Tips

The 21-day diet is prone to fainting, vomiting, hypotension, hypoglycemia, etc. during the beginning of the fasting period. Therefore, please do not try this method lightly, especially for people with weak constitution and poor gastrointestinal condition.
