The fastest way to lose weight in the abdomen

Due to the high fat and high protein diet, dinner diet is too rich and habitual sedentary reasons, it is easy to grow a belly, what are the most effective ways to lose weight in the abdomen?

Lean upper abdomen

Lie on your back, cross your legs, bend your hips and stretch upwards, put your hands flat on both sides of your body; push your abdomen, lift your hips and stretch your feet upwards as far as possible; repeat 10-20 times.

Upper abdominal exercise

Lie on your back, bend your knees together, cross your arms behind your head, inhale and lift your upper body, exhale, lift your upper body, keep your waist off the ground until your breath is out, return to supine position; repeat 8 times.

Lean belly

Slim waist and abdomen
