Choosing Cosmetics

⑴Suitable for skin type: Choose skincare products that are suitable for your skin type. The simplest way to determine this is to see if you feel comfortable using them and observe how your skin reacts. During seasonal transitions or when your skin is in poor condition due to busyness or stress, it is essential to take extra care of your skin.

⑵Suitable for age: Choose cosmetics that are suitable for your age and ensure that their ingredients match your skin's aging process. However, the aging process varies from person to person, so you cannot solely rely on your actual age to determine your skin's age.

Seasonal Skincare

⑴Spring: As the temperature rises, the blood circulation and metabolism of the skin become more active. The sebaceous glands and sweat glands start to secrete more oil and sweat, so it is important to prevent acne formation. Maintain facial hygiene by washing your face regularly and eating foods rich in vitamin C, calcium, and fruits and vegetables. Also, protect your skin from the damaging effects of UV rays by using neutral cosmetics with appropriate oil content.

⑵Summer: UV rays are the strongest during summer, often leading to sunburn and the formation of freckles and age spots. High temperatures and humidity increase the secretion of sebum and sweat, which can cause skin impurities. Therefore, it is important to keep the skin clean, apply sunscreen when going outdoors, and consume foods rich in vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and vitamin E, such as liver, eel, meat, and radish.

⑶Autumn: As the temperature drops and the air becomes drier, the intensity of UV rays increases, which can cause photodermatitis. Therefore, it is important to engage in facial beauty routines, remove aging keratin, and promote skin metabolism. Reduce the frequency of face washing and use toner to keep the skin moisturized.

⑷Winter: Cold weather and dry air make moisturizing and hydrating the skin crucial during winter. Using toner and moisturizers are essential to prevent skin dehydration and dryness.
