1. Hula Hooping

While the body is rotating the hula hoop, calories in the body are continuously being burned. The movement of the waist while rotating the hula hoop helps reduce waist fat and make it firm and toned. At the same time, other parts of the body are also constantly moving, which can stimulate bowel movement, promote digestion and excretion. By rhythmically rotating the hula hoop, you can achieve good detoxification effects. Rotate left 20 times, then right 20 times, and repeat this cycle to mobilize the body's joints and muscles. 2. Casual Jumping

3. Other Relaxation Methods

(1) Lie on a comfortable hard bed or mat with legs straight and slightly apart. Arms should be 10 centimeters away from the body, palms facing up. Tighten and relax the muscles of different body parts for 5 seconds each, and repeat until all the muscles in the body have relaxed once. At this time, you will feel that your body becomes very relaxed.

(2) Stretch the left leg as far as possible, with the sole of the foot stretched and the toes curled. Hold for a while and then release. Then, lift the left leg as high as possible, hold for a while, and then release. Repeat the same movements with the right leg.

(3) Take a deep breath through the nose, hold your breath for a few seconds, and then exhale gently from the mouth. In fact, deep breathing is also a way to eliminate toxins from the body.

(4) Make a fist with the left hand, squeeze it tightly, and then release. Stretch the fingers as much as possible, make a fist again, and then release. Repeat this several times. Then, switch to the right hand and repeat the same movements.

(5) Place the left hand on the left shoulder, tighten the muscles as much as possible, hold for a while, and then release. Open the left arm with force, hold for a while, and then release. Repeat the same movements with the right hand and right arm.

(6) Tighten the buttocks, hold for a while, and then release. Tighten the abdominal muscles, hold for a while, and then release.

(7) Lie quietly, keeping all the muscles in the body relaxed.
