  2. Antenatal care to prevent uterine prolapse:

  Pregnant women should regularly visit hospitals for check-ups, which can also protect the safety of the uterus.

  If prenatal check-ups are neglected and abnormalities in the fetus are not detected in time, it can lead to difficult deliveries, uterine rupture, and even life-threatening situations.
 


 

  3. Regular gynecological examinations for early treatment:

  Mature women should undergo gynecological examinations every six months to a year at regular hospitals.

  It is especially important to examine for signs of diseases in the reproductive organs, as the uterus is the origin of many gynecological conditions, such as uterine fibroids, endometrial cancer, cervical cancer, uterine prolapse, erosion, and endometrial displacement, among others.

  4. Maintain personal hygiene and prevent promiscuity:

  Many people do not treat sexual activities correctly, and some engage in promiscuous behavior.

  Especially when having sexual relations with multiple partners or not paying attention to sexual hygiene, the uterus is the primary victim.

  5. Practice contraception and family planning:

  The optimal age for women to give birth is between 24 and 29 years old.

  Family planning has significant benefits for protecting maternal and infant health and promoting eugenics.

  1. Foods rich in vitamins:

  Research has found that women need to consume foods rich in vitamins to protect the health of the uterus.

  For example, daily intake of 90mg of vitamin C and 30mg of vitamin E can significantly reduce the risk of uterine fibroids and ovarian cancer.

  2. Folic acid:

  Women should pay special attention to the intake of folic acid in their daily lives.

  Experts suggest that women should consciously supplement folic acid starting three months before pregnancy.

  This not only reduces the risk of congenital diseases in the fetus but also protects the uterus.

  3. Foods high in calcium:

  Women should consume foods rich in calcium in their daily lives.

  Particularly, they should increase their intake of high-calcium foods, which can help reduce the occurrence of ovarian cancer.
