The development of a girl's breasts begins during puberty. According to traditional Chinese medicine, puberty is the most important period that affects the size of a woman's breasts. If breast development is slow during this time, it is best to understand one's constitution and make appropriate adjustments to ensure proper breast development in the future.
The period of breast development in females is typically between the ages of 9 to 14, and it usually takes about 4 years to complete. However, there can be significant individual differences. Some individuals may complete their development within 1 to 2 years, while others may take up to 10 years. In some cases, breast development may not be completed until the first pregnancy.
Therefore, poor breast development can be improved through postnatal care to achieve normal development. Although the age of breast development varies greatly, if a girl reaches 14-15 years of age and her breasts have not started developing, it may be an abnormal phenomenon, and it is best to seek medical advice from a specialist.
