Winter Melon and Lotus Leaf Soup

Ingredients: One slice of winter melon, half a lotus leaf, three grams of Ophiopogon japonicus, appropriate amount of coix seed, lean meat.

Instructions: Cut the winter melon into pieces, blanch the lean meat in boiling water and then slice it. Put them into a pot, add lotus leaf, Ophiopogon japonicus, coix seed and water, bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for two hours.
