Honey water diet 3 days 10 pounds

We all know that honey is sweet but it is calorie free and can burn people's fat quickly and has a good weight loss effect. So what do you want to do to lose 30 pounds after a week of using honey water for weight loss?

Day 1

Breakfast: one cup of honey water Lunch: two cups of green tea with honey and one tablespoon of honey Afternoon tea: two tablespoons of honey Dinner: two cups of honey rose tea Exercise: 30 minutes of jogging + 30 minutes of yoga

Day 2

Breakfast: one cup of honey water Lunch: one cup of honey mint tea with one tablespoon of pure honey consumed directly Afternoon tea: two tablespoons of honey served directly Dinner: one cup of honey black tea, plus one tablespoon of pure honey consumed directly Exercise: 30 minutes of cycling + 30 minutes of jumping rope

Day 3

Day 4

Breakfast: one cup of honey water, one apple, half box of nonfat yogurt Lunch: one cup of honey chamomile tea Afternoon tea: one tablespoon of pure honey Dinner: one cup of honey rose tea, one banana Exercise: play badminton for 30 minutes + brisk walking for 30 minutes

Day 5

Breakfast: one cup of honey water, one carton of nonfat yogurt, one boiled egg Lunch: one steamed chicken leg with only salt and pepper added Afternoon tea: one tablespoon of pure honey served directly Dinner: one cup of green tea with honey, one cucumber, one slice of whole wheat bread Exercise: 30 minutes of cycling + 30 minutes of skipping rope

Day 6

Drink only honey and do not eat any other food. Exercise: jogging for 30 minutes + yoga for 30 minutes

Day 7

Drink only honey, no other food. Exercise: jump rope for 30 minutes + yoga for 30 minutes

Although the honey water diet to lose 30 pounds a week is possible to achieve, but if you can not stand fasting in the process, you can still not drink honey at every meal, you can make honey into pumpkin honey, hawthorn honey, celery honey to eat.
