1. Protein

1. Eat less sweets. Young people tend to like sweets. Consuming excess sugar may cause the body to maintain acid-base balance by mobilizing a large amount of calcium to neutralize acid free radicals, which can lead to calcium deficiency, weaken the elasticity of the eye wall, elongate the axial length, and increase the risk of myopia.
