3. Kelp, seaweed, and soybean soup

Take 150 grams of soybeans, 30 grams of kelp, 35 grams of seaweed, and an appropriate amount of seasoning. Soak the soybeans for more than 4 hours. Wash the kelp and seaweed, then put them together in a clay pot with 500 milliliters of water. Boil for 15 minutes, then add salt and MSG to taste. Divide into two portions and consume in the morning and evening.

4. Chinese angelica, astragalus, and stewed black-bone chicken

Take 250 grams of black-bone chicken, 15 grams of Chinese angelica, 30 grams of astragalus, and an appropriate amount of seasoning. Cut the black-bone chicken into small pieces. Wash the Chinese angelica and astragalus, then put them together in a stew pot with an appropriate amount of water and a little cooking wine. Stew for 3 hours over low heat, then add salt and MSG to taste. Eat the meat and drink the soup, once a day, one bowl each time.
