5. Ophiopogon japonicus porridge-Ophiopogon japonicus requires 20-30 grams, boil it to make a decoction and extract the juice, then add 100 grams of glutinous rice to cook porridge until half-cooked, and also need to add some Ophiopogon japonicus juice and a suitable amount of rock sugar to cook together. Ophiopogon japonicus can nourish yin and produce fluid, and it is effective for lung dryness, dry cough, and less phlegm.
