1. Winter Melon Kernel and Bitter Sophora Decoction.

Take 15 grams of winter melon kernel, 30 grams of bitter sophora, and 10 grams of licorice. Decoct them in water, and add an appropriate amount of honey to drink.

2. Flos Trollii Decoction.

Take 30 grams of Flos Trollii, 20 grams of honeysuckle vine, 10 grams of peach kernel, and 30 grams of Coix seed. Decoct them in water and take it 2-3 times a day.

3. Flos Farfara and Flos Trollii Decoction.

Take 30 grams of Flos Farfara, 20 grams of Flos Trollii, decoct them in water, and add an appropriate amount of honey to drink.

4. Take an equal amount of ginger and taro. Peel and chop the taro into a paste. Crush the ginger and squeeze out the juice. Mix them together with an appropriate amount of flour to form a paste. Apply the paste to the affected area on a cloth. Change it twice a day. Pain will be relieved after 3 days.

5. Take 100 grams of chicken blood vine, 50 grams of Diding, and 25 grams of Sargentodoxa cuneata. Prepare a decoction and divide it into two doses to be taken twice a day.

6. Take 50 grams of Coix seed, 25 grams of winter melon seeds, and 15 grams each of Moutan bark, peach kernel, and violet-flowered sophora. Add 300 ml of water (6 liang) and decoct it until 100 ml is left. Mix the decoctions from two rounds of boiling and divide it into two doses to be taken once a day.

7. Take 100 grams of red vine and 100 grams of honeysuckle vine, and 15 grams of raw rhubarb. Prepare a decoction and add one small cup of yellow wine. Divide it into two doses to be taken once a day.
