[Prescription Composition]
1 liang Bai Shao (White Peony), 2 liang Huang Qi (Astragalus, sliced), 0.5 liang Gan Cao (Licorice, roasted and slightly red, sliced), 1 liang Ren Shen (Ginseng, head removed), 1 liang Shou Gan Di Huang (Rehmannia, prepared and dried), 1 liang Fu Zi (Aconite, fried and cracked, skin removed), 1 liang Gui Xin (Cinnamon Twig, 1 liang), 0.5 liang Gan Jiang (Dried Ginger, fried and cracked, sliced), 1 liang Dang Gui (Chinese Angelica), 1 liang Qian Hu (Peucedanum, head removed), 0.5 liang Zhi Ke (Bitter Orange, husk fried slightly yellow, seeds removed), 1 liang He Li Le Pi (Ligusticum, skin removed).
[Indications]
Treats exhaustion, urgent pain in the limbs, and chest and rib discomfort caused by Qi stagnation.
[Usage and Dosage]
Take 4 qian (about 12 grams) per dose, add 1 medium cup of water, half a slice of fresh ginger, and 3 jujubes. Boil until 6 parts remain, remove the dregs, and add rock sugar and jujube to taste. Boil again for 1-2 boils, and take it warm before meals.

Differences between Peony and Peony
1. Peony is a deciduous shrub and a woody plant. Peony is a perennial rhizomatous herbaceous plant.

[Contraindications]
