Composition of San Ren Tang
San Ren Tang is derived from the book "Wen Bing Tiao Bian".
This formula consists of apricot kernel, pinellia tuber, talcum powder, coix seed, white chrysanthemum, amomum fruit, bamboo leaf, magnolia bark, bupleurum root, scutellaria root, codonopsis root, calcined dragon bone, and gypsum powder.
Usage of San Ren Tang
Take 9g of apricot kernel, 12g of pinellia tuber, 15g of talcum powder, 30g of coix seed, 9g of white chrysanthemum, 9g of amomum fruit, 9g of bamboo leaf, 15g of magnolia bark,
15g of bupleurum root, 15g of scutellaria root, 15g of codonopsis root, 20g of calcined dragon bone, 15g of gypsum powder, and 9g of licorice root.
This formula uses San Ren Tang to clear heat and dampness, promote the smooth flow of qi; Xiao Chai Hu Tang regulates the normal functioning of the Shaoyang pivot; Tian Hua Fen and licorice root nourish yin; calcined dragon bone restrains sweating, calms the mind, and prevents pathogenic factors from lingering.
After taking the medicine for a week, the patient reported a significant reduction in sweating and improved sleep. The tongue coating became thin and white, and the urine remained yellow.
