【Explanation】
The pattern of this prescription is postpartum blood deficiency with cold coagulation and stasis obstructing the flow of blood. After childbirth, a woman's blood and qi are depleted, making it easy for cold pathogens to invade. Cold coagulates and causes blood stasis, resulting in blocked lochia and cold pain in the lower abdomen. The treatment principle is to promote blood circulation, nourish blood, warm the meridians, and relieve pain.
This prescription emphasizes the use of Dang Gui to nourish blood, promote blood circulation, dissolve stasis, and relieve pain. Chuan Xiong promotes blood circulation and Qi flow, while Tao Ren promotes blood circulation and eliminates stasis. Pao Jiang dispels cold and promotes blood circulation, and yellow rice wine warms and promotes the circulation of blood vessels to enhance the efficacy of the herbs. Zhi Gan Cao moderates the actions of the other herbs and harmonizes the prescription.

If a doctor determines that there is no need to take Sheng Hua Tang after examining the body, do not use it without authorization to avoid adverse effects on the recovery of the body.
