【Ingredients】500g fine tea, 375g sesame seeds, 75g Sichuan peppercorns, 150g fennel seeds, 30g dried ginger, 30g roasted salt, 750g glutinous rice, 750g yellow corn, 750g soybeans, 750g red beans, 750g mung beans.

【Preparation】Grind the ingredients into fine powder separately, mix them together with wheat flour, stir-fry until golden brown. Mix with the previous 11 ingredients evenly, store in a porcelain jar. Optional ingredients such as walnuts, dates, pine nuts, and white sugar can be added.
