Ingredients: 60g Su Zi, 500ml wine.

Ingredients: 28g Long Kui fruit, 250ml white wine.

Medicinal Wine 4: Pig Pancreas Wine
Ingredients: 3 pig pancreases (finely chopped), 30 chestnuts, 3,000ml wine.
Method: Soak pig pancreases and chestnuts in wine, seal it. In autumn and winter, ferment for 3 days; in summer, ferment for 1 day; in spring, ferment for 2 days. After opening, strain the residue with a cloth.
