Recipe
500g millet, 500g white sugar, 50g longan meat, 50g sugar rose. (Makes 10 bowls) Wash the millet and soak it in cold water for 7 hours. Remove and drain the water, then grind it into fine flour using a stone mill. Cut the longan meat into small pieces. Take about 50g of the fine flour and put it in a bowl. Mix it with white sugar and a little warm water to make a paste (use cold water in summer and warm water in winter). Then pour hot water to make a thick and smooth sauce. Sprinkle the longan meat and sugar rose on top.
Instructions
Enjoy it while it's hot, and eat 1-2 bowls each time.
