How to eat Matsutake

Raw

Ingredients: matsutake mushrooms, rice, bamboo shoots, matsutake mushrooms, shredded carrots, fried tofu slices, etc. Directions: Mix rice with some glutinous rice and soak it in water for more than half an hour, shredded bamboo shoots, mushrooms, carrots, fried tofu slices, shredded kombu with soy sauce and cooking wine and leave it for half an hour, then mix the ingredients with soy sauce, cooking wine and chicken powder, turn on the rice cooker and cook it for the last ten minutes, then stir it well after the time is up.

Precautions for eating pine mushrooms

1. Matsutake is an allergenic substance, so it is not suitable for people with allergies and poor liver function to eat too much to avoid allergies. 2.
