【Treatment Methods for Female Uterine Cold】

  1. Keep warm

If the air conditioning temperature is set very low, the cold evil will quietly invade the body and harm the uterus. It is necessary to pay attention to keeping warm in air-conditioned rooms, and you can add an extra coat. When going out, avoid sitting on the ground or damp places to prevent catching cold.

  2. Avoid cold foods

Women should try to avoid eating cold drinks, melons, and fruits, etc., and let the food taken out from the refrigerator sit for a while before eating. Ginger has a warm nature and can dispel cold, so it can be eaten appropriately. In addition, it is recommended to eat more warm foods such as brown sugar, angelica, and jujube to warm the uterus.

  3. Exercise more

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that "movement generates yang". Women with a cold constitution need to exercise more to increase yang energy. Pay attention to keeping warm during and after exercise, especially after sweating, when the pores are open and the cold evil is prone to invade, causing symptoms of uterine cold.

  4. Massage Yongquan

Regularly massaging the Yongquan acupoint is beneficial for protecting yang energy and preventing uterine cold. In addition, every 3-5 days, use a scraping board to scrape the waist, sacrum, abdomen, and lower abdomen until they become red and hot, which is also a good way to treat uterine cold.
