Three Soups to Drink for Menstrual Disorders

【Black Chicken Soup】

Ingredients: 1 black chicken, 100g Chinese angelica root, 10g astragalus root, 10g Poria cocos.

Directions: Clean the chicken and stuff it with Chinese angelica root, astragalus root, and Poria cocos wrapped in gauze. Cook it in a clay pot until done.

【Rose Tea】
