1. Jujube and Chrysanthemum Porridge

Ingredients: 60g jujubes, 80g white rice, 20g chrysanthemum, and some brown sugar.

Instructions: Take fresh chrysanthemum petals and cook them with white rice and jujubes to make porridge. Add some brown sugar and mix well before drinking.

Effects: Gives a rosy complexion and effectively moisturizes the skin.

2. Black Rice and Black Bean Porridge

Ingredients: a small handful of black beans, 2 handfuls of black rice, a small handful of black sesame seeds, 10 lily petals, 3 handfuls of coix seed, 2 walnuts, 2 handfuls of rice, and some brown sugar.

Instructions: Soak the ingredients at noon and start cooking the porridge while washing dishes in the evening. When the water becomes thick and sticky after about 10 minutes, turn off the heat and cover the pot. The next morning, add some water, put in brown sugar, and heat for two minutes.

Effects: Black rice and black beans are rich in B vitamins, trace elements, and melanin. 3. Tremella and Cherry Porridge

Ingredients: 50g soaked tremella, 30g canned cherries, appropriate amount of sugar and osmanthus, and 50g glutinous rice.

Instructions: Cook glutinous rice into porridge, then dissolve the sugar, add the tremella, and cook for 10 minutes. Add cherries and osmanthus, bring to a boil, and it's ready.
