  Method: 1. Rinse the glutinous rice and soak it in cold water for one hour, then drain.

  2. Peel and wash the Chinese yam, then cut it into small pieces. Soak the goji berries in warm water.

  3. Add 1500ml of cold water to a pot, add the glutinous rice, Chinese yam, and goji berries. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer until the rice is soft. Add sugar and honey before serving.
