Preventing Cold Uterus: Dietary Therapy and Symptoms

  Cold uterus is the most common disease that affects women. Cold uterus not only causes cold hands and feet, but also can affect female fertility, leading to infertility. So how can we prevent cold uterus? The following dietary therapy is worth trying!
 


 

 What is Cold Uterus

  Cold uterus refers to the deficiency of kidney yang in women, resulting in lower abdominal distension, pain, relief with heat, excessive white discharge, dysmenorrhea, menstrual disorders, deep and tight pulse, and thin white coating with abundant saliva as the main symptoms.

 Dietary Therapy to Prevent Cold Uterus

 1. Garlic Spinach

  Ingredients: Garlic, spinach, sesame oil.

  Method: Remove the old leaves from the spinach, then wash it clean and separate the stems from the leaves.

  Blanch the spinach leaves and stems separately in boiling water, then remove and arrange on a plate.

  Heat some oil in a pan, then add the minced garlic and stir-fry briefly. Pour the garlic over the spinach, then drizzle with sesame oil and seasoning. Mix well and serve.
 


 

 2. Ginger Shredded Sweet Potato

  Ingredients: 30g ginger, 130g sweet potato.

  Method: Peel the sweet potato and wash it, then cut it into strips. Shred the ginger directly.

  Add some water to a pot, then add the sweet potato and boil until it is partially cooked. Remove and drain.

  Heat some oil in a pan, then add the shredded ginger and stir-fry briefly. Add the sweet potato and stir-fry until fully cooked. Add seasoning and water starch to thicken.

 3. Chives Stir-fried with Walnuts

  Ingredients: Chives, walnuts.

  Method: Wash the chives thoroughly, then cut them into sections. Shell the walnuts and remove the meat.

  Heat some cooking oil in a pan, then add the chives and walnuts. Stir-fry over low heat until cooked, then add seasoning.

 4. Black-bone Chicken Soup

  Ingredients: 1 black-bone chicken, 9g Poria cocos, 9g Astragalus root, 9g Chinese angelica.
 


 

  Method: Slaughter the black-bone chicken and remove the internal organs. Wash it thoroughly. Wash the Poria cocos, Astragalus root, and Chinese angelica separately, then stuff them into the chicken's belly and sew it up with a needle.

  Put the whole chicken into a pot, add water, and stew until fully cooked. Add salt and chicken essence to taste. Serve the meat and soup.
