Fitness Exercises for Busy Women: Detox and Maintain Health Throughout the Day

Many people want to exercise but don't have the time because of their busy schedules. In order to allow female friends to exercise anytime, here are some fitness exercises that can be done throughout the day to detox and maintain health.
 


        1. Eagle Claw Rotation Exercise

    (1) Stand with legs apart or in a bow shape, and inhale at the same time.

    (2) Separate and bend the fingers of the left hand, exhaling while lowering the shoulder and elbow.

    (3) Alternate between left and right.

    When performing this exercise, use the waist as the axis and exert rhythmic force in order for it to be effective. After the exercise, the body will feel warm, which is a normal phenomenon and helps to eliminate toxins.

    2. Rejuvenation Exercise

    (1) Inhale and step the right foot to the right side, forming a right archer's stance. Hold the right fist at shoulder level, palm facing right, and the left hand grabs the right wrist above the head, looking at the hands.

    (2) Exhale and move the left hand from the right side to above the head. Then, tilt the body to the left, forming an archer's stance, with the right arm and right side of the waist pulled, looking down.

    (3) Inhale and slightly restore the posture, slightly centering the body. Keep the other postures unchanged, grip the right wrist tightly with the left hand and pull towards the left side, twisting the waist and arms, exerting force, like a fish leaping out of the water, looking forward.

    (4) Exhale and slowly restore to the starting position.

    (5) Repeat in the opposite direction.

    Female friends who persistently practice the rejuvenation exercise can achieve the effect of beauty and youthfulness.

    3. Rainbow Exercise

    (1) Inhale and step the right foot to the right side, shoulder-width apart. Cross the fingers of both hands with palms facing inward, bend the elbows close to the chest.

    (2) Exhale, rotate the palms inward, and quickly and forcefully push them out, turning the head to the right as much as possible.

    (3) Inhale, raise both hands above the head in a supporting posture, then separate them to the left and right, fist clenched and exerting force downwards at shoulder level. Slowly turn the head to the left while exerting force.

    (4) Exhale and return to the starting position.

    (5) Repeat in the opposite direction. Regular practice of the rainbow exercise will give female friends a sense of confidence and health.

    4. Dualistic Exercise

    (1) Inhale. Stand with the right leg in a right archer's stance, and cross the hands in a tiger claw cross shape.

    (2) Exhale, slowly raise both hands to the top of the head in an arched shape, bring them to the waist side in an arched shape, and relax the shoulders naturally.

    During the practice of this exercise, inhale to absorb positive energy and exhale to eliminate negative energy, returning to the source of vitality. This exercise can help female friends strengthen their body and mind, replenishing vitality, which is the fundamental purpose of detoxification.

    5. Strengthening and Detoxification Exercise

    (1) Inhale. Step the right foot to the right side, slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Then, squat down with both knees, forming a horse stance, and grab the knees with both hands, resembling a person riding a donkey, looking ahead.

    (2) Exhale, stand up, raise both hands to the waist on the sides of the legs, and point the middle fingers of both hands to the waist shu points, lightly kneading them while bending forward to the maximum, looking down in front.

    (3) Inhale. Stand up, arch the waist to the maximum, knead the shen shu points with the middle fingers of both hands, looking up in front.

    (4) Exhale, connect to the previous posture, and slowly return to the starting position.

    (5) Repeat once more. This exercise has the effect of strengthening the heart and detoxification, making female friends feel generous, graceful, and determined.

    6. Mind Adjustment Exercise

    (1) Stand upright, relax the whole body, and focus the mind on the Baihui point on the top of the head.

    (2) Look straight ahead with a slight smile, then inhale and sink down to the Dantian, at the same time, slowly raise both palms from the chest, reaching shoulder level, with palms facing downwards.

    (3) Then, exhale from the Dantian, and slowly lower both palms.

    This exercise combines movement and stillness and can adjust the body and mind, cultivating one's temperament. It makes female friends naturally dignified, with a picturesque feeling.

    Female friends should pay attention to maintaining a natural posture, relaxing their minds, and being mindful of the intensity and limits when practicing any of these exercises. Only in this way can they achieve the most effective results with the least effort.
