  Ingredients: 12g wolfberries, 10g jade bamboo, 400g rapeseed, 250g tender tofu.

  Cooking process: Remove the root of the rapeseed, wash, and cut crosswise; cut the tofu into small pieces measuring 6 cm x 6 cm. Boil 1,000 ml of water in a wok, then add the tofu and 3g of salt.
