Moisturize and Nourish: A Homemade Mushroom Mask for Dry Skin

December 23, 2023

Many people with dry skin experience even drier skin during seasonal changes. Lack of sleep and excessive fatigue can also lead to dry skin. Additionally, using hot water for bathing or using alkaline cleaning products can also cause dryness. These are the main reasons for skin dryness. Especially when autumn comes, no matter how much water you splash on your face, it still feels dry, right? Today, I will introduce a small remedy to improve skin dryness and make your skin moisturized and tender.

Take 150-200 grams of high-quality mushrooms, wash them with water, soak them, and remove the roots. Put them in a pot and boil them with an appropriate amount of water for 15-20 minutes. Remove the residue and keep the mushroom juice.

When ready to use, pour the mushroom juice into a bowl and place a facial mask paper in it, soak it completely, and set it aside.

Clean your face, and then use a hot towel to cover your face for 3-5 minutes. Then apply the soaked mushroom water mask on your face and leave it on for 10-15 minutes. Gently remove the mask paper and thoroughly rinse your face with clean water. Follow up with your regular skincare routine. This can be done 1-3 times a week.

This method moisturizes and nourishes the skin, tightens and slims the face, and whitens the skin, making your skin moisturized and tender. It is suitable for all skin types. To avoid any adverse reactions, it is recommended to conduct a sensitivity test on your skin before use.

This homemade mask is healthy as it does not contain any additives and has no significant side effects. You can use it with confidence.
