1. It is not advisable to pluck or draw eyebrows. Eyebrows have the function of blocking sweat, dust, and protecting the eyes. The eyebrows of young girls have not fully grown and developed yet. Plucking or drawing eyebrows at this stage is equivalent to removing the protective barrier of the eyes, allowing dust and bacteria to directly enter the eye socket, increasing the risk of eye diseases. Removing eyebrows is a malignant stimulation to the nerve endings around the eye socket, which can cause dysregulation of eye muscle movement, leading to loose skin around the eye socket, wrinkles, and droopy eyelids, which can affect beauty even more in adulthood.
2. It is not advisable to pierce ears and wear earrings. The ears of young girls are delicate, and piercing ears at this stage can cause external ear injury and the risk of infection and tetanus. According to reports, 16% of tetanus patients in Kabul, Afghanistan are caused by ear piercing.
3. It is not advisable to wear heavy makeup. The skin on the human body has over 20 million sweat pores, excreting about 15,000 waste particles per day. Applying heavy makeup on young girls undoubtedly blocks the excretion of waste from the body, which not only affects body temperature regulation but also easily leads to "cosmetic rashes," affecting facial muscle development and beauty.
4. It is not advisable to wear tight bras. Wearing tight bras can affect the movement of ribs, sternum, and diaphragm, affecting normal breathing and the proper development of the chest, resulting in a narrow chest, low lung capacity, and can also affect breast development and breastfeeding after marriage. In severe cases, it can cause benign superficial blood clots and phlebitis in the breasts.
5. It is not advisable to not wear a bra. Some girls have developed large breasts but still do not wear bras. Over time, the breasts are prone to sagging, hinder normal blood circulation in the mammary glands, cause partial blood stasis, and lead to breast diseases. Intense exercise can also cause breast trauma and mastitis.
6. It is not advisable to use hormones to promote breast development. Some girls feel that their breasts are small and take estrogen to promote breast development. Although it has a temporary effect, in the long run, it increases the risk of cancer in the mammary glands, vagina, cervix, uterus, and ovaries. Abuse of estrogen can not only cause nausea, vomiting, and loss of appetite but also lead to uterine bleeding, uterine enlargement, menstrual disorders, and liver and kidney damage.
7. It is not advisable to use breast enhancement creams for a long time. Some girls feel that their breasts are not well developed, so they apply breast enhancement creams to make their breasts fuller and larger. Long-term use can cause menstrual disorders, hyperpigmentation, skin atrophy and thinning, disrupt the enzyme system in the liver, reduce bile acid synthesis, and easily form cholesterol stones.
8. It is not advisable to wear high elastic pants. High elastic pants tightly wrap the crotch, buttocks, and thighs, with poor breathability, affecting blood and lymph circulation, hindering joint movement, and normal body development. It is also prone to vulvitis in young girls, causing itching, pain, and redness in the vulva. Scratching can lead to diffuse ulcers on the vulvar epidermis, more severe pain and itching after urination, and swelling and pain of the inguinal lymph nodes due to infection.
9. It is not advisable to wear pointed high heels. The toes of young girls are soft and tender. Long-term wearing of pointed high heels not only compresses and rubs the toes but also causes foot problems. This foot problem is medically known as high heel pain. Wearing high heels for a long time raises and enlarges the arch of the foot. When walking, the toes are forced to be squeezed forward, causing the blood vessel walls accompanying the dorsal nerve to thicken, forming local blood clots, causing ischemia and degeneration of the dorsal nerve, or forming ingrown toenails, causing unbearable pain. In old age, there will be more and more severe foot problems.
10. It is not advisable to chew food on one side of the teeth for a long time. Over time, it can cause uneven wear of teeth on one side, facial asymmetry, and damage to beauty.
