Coronary heart disease is a common disease that poses a threat to our health. In addition to medication, diet therapy can also help alleviate the condition. Dietary Therapy for Coronary Heart Disease

1. Take an appropriate amount of peanuts, rice vinegar, and osmanthus. Soak the peanuts and osmanthus in vinegar for 24 hours, and consume 15 pellets every morning. This can be consumed regularly.

2. Take 50 grams of shiitake mushrooms and 10 jujubes, boil them together to make soup. Take once a day. This can be consumed regularly.

3. Take 10 grams of white fungus and black fungus, and an appropriate amount of rock sugar. Soak the white fungus and black fungus in warm water, then put them in a bowl with water and rock sugar. Steam for 1 hour, and consume in multiple servings.

Avoid cooking methods such as frying, stir-frying, and barbecuing.

2. Limit protein intake for coronary heart disease patients.

Protein is difficult to digest and can increase the burden on the heart. Therefore, protein intake should be moderate, with a daily protein intake not exceeding 1 gram per kilogram of body weight. Milk, yogurt, fish, and soy products have great benefits in preventing and treating coronary heart disease.
