1. Fish and Lean Meat Soup

Ingredients: 50g fish maw, 50g lean pork, some wolfberries, 18g raw Rehmannia.

Next, wash all the other ingredients and put them all into a pot. Add an appropriate amount of water, bring it to a boil, and then add seasoning. 2. Two Immortals Lamb Soup

Ingredients: 12g Xian Mao, 12g Xian Ling Pi, 15g ginger, 250g lamb, a little salt, cooking oil, and monosodium glutamate.

First, slice the lamb and put it in a pot with an appropriate amount of water. Then, put the Xian Mao, Xian Ling Pi, and ginger wrapped in gauze into the pot. Cook the lamb over low heat until it is tender. Remove the medicine bag before eating the meat and drinking the soup. This soup helps nourish the kidneys and ovaries.

3. Pork Loin Congee

Ingredients: 60g pork loin, 90g rice, sesame oil, salt, and Sichuan pepper.

Wash the pork loin and cut it into slices. Slightly stir-fry the pork loin with sesame oil and then add water to cook the congee with rice. When the congee is cooked, add salt and Sichuan pepper, and then boil it before serving.

4. Silver Ear and Wolfberry Porridge

Ingredients: 15g silver ear fungus, 10g wolfberries, 100g chicken liver, 10g jasmine flowers, 100g glutinous rice, and seasonings as needed.

Soak the silver ear fungus in water until softened and tear it into small pieces. Cut the chicken liver into thin slices and cook the porridge with the chicken liver and glutinous rice. When the porridge is about 60% cooked, add the wolfberries and continue to cook. Finally, add the seasonings and jasmine flowers before serving.

5. Ganoderma Stewed Pig's Trotters

Ingredients: 15g Ganoderma, 1 pig's trotter, cooking wine, salt, monosodium glutamate, scallion, ginger, lard, etc.

Wash the pig's trotter and remove the hair. Wash the Ganoderma and cut it into slices. Heat the lard in a pot, add scallion and ginger, then add the pig's trotter, water, cooking wine, salt, monosodium glutamate, and Ganoderma. Bring it to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat until the pig's trotter is tender.

6. Toad Stewed Rock Sugar

Ingredients: wolfberries, green beans, ginger, snow clam paste, 500ml water, half a cup of grape wine, and rock sugar as needed.

Steam the snow clam paste in a clay bowl with 500ml water and half a cup of grape wine, along with ginger and green beans. After 2 hours, remove the ginger and green beans, then strain the water from the snow clam paste.

Remove the black membrane from the snow clam paste and cut it into large pieces. Put it in a bowl, add 500ml water and the other half of the grape wine, and steam it for another 2 hours until it fully expands. Transfer it to a large soup bowl. In another bowl, dissolve the rock sugar in 180ml water. After the rock sugar has dissolved, discard the sediment and pour the syrup into the bowl with the snow clam paste. Sprinkle with wolfberries and green beans, and it is ready to serve. This dish helps nourish the liver and kidneys and nourish the ovaries.
