Father's Day Healthy Recipes

1. Steamed Salmon

Ingredients

Method

Make 3 cuts on the back of the fish, then evenly spread ginger, spring onions, yellow wine, garlic, salt, and goji berries on the fish. Put the fish on a plate and steam it for 20 minutes after the water in the steamer boils. Let it sit for 5 minutes after turning off the heat, then uncover.

2. Onion Oysters

Ingredients

Method

Put the seasoning into a deep container, cover or wrap with plastic wrap, microwave on high for 2 minutes. Take out the container, stir well, and microwave on high for another 1.5 minutes. 3. Mushroom and Egg Stir-fry

Ingredients

3 eggs, 150g of various fresh mushrooms, half a carrot, a small handful of spring onions.

Method

Wash several types of mushrooms, peel the carrot, and shred it. Blanch the mushrooms and carrot in boiling water for 2 minutes, then remove and drain. Tear the mushrooms into small pieces.

Beat the eggs. Add the torn mushrooms and shredded carrot to the egg mixture, add salt and mix well (you can sprinkle a little white pepper). Heat the pan and add oil, then pour in the egg mixture and half of the spring onions. Stir-fry until the egg mixture solidifies, then sprinkle the remaining spring onions.

4. Corn and Oatmeal Porridge

Ingredients

Cornmeal, oatmeal.

Method

Wash the oatmeal and soak it in cold water for two hours. Drain and put it in a pot with water. Cook until the grains bloom. Mix the cornmeal with cold water, then slowly pour it into the oatmeal while stirring continuously with a spoon. Once the cornmeal mixture boils, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
