Due to the complex causes of this disease, it brings difficulties to treatment. In terms of eczema treatment methods, patients should cooperate with doctors, establish confidence in recovery, and try to avoid various suspected causative factors, such as scalding with hot water, excessive use of soap, excessive scratching, and improper use of topical medications.

The dietary treatment methods for eczema are as follows:

1. Coix seed and red bean porridge:

Prepare 30 grams of coix seed and 15 grams of red beans, boil them together with water until the red beans are cooked, then add an appropriate amount of white sugar. Take it once in the morning and evening.

2. Purslane infusion:

Take fresh purslane, 30-60 grams, decoct it with water, and take it several times a day. It can also be used for external washing.

3. Cooked winter melon soup:

Prepare 250 grams of winter melon, do not remove the skin, cut the winter melon with the skin into pieces, and cook them together.

4. Cucumber decoction:

Prepare 30 grams of cucumber with the skin, boil it with water until it is cooked, then add an appropriate amount of sugar. Take it three times a day.

In addition, in daily life, one should avoid mental stress and excessive fatigue. Avoid consuming spicy peppers, fish, shrimp, crab, strong tea, coffee, and alcohol. Avoid using silk, wool, and synthetic fiber products for clothes and bedding. Keep regular bowel movements, get sufficient sleep, and pay attention to skin cleanliness and moisturization in summer. These measures can reduce eczema recurrence and achieve the goal of cure.

Green bean and celery soup:

50 grams of green beans, 50 grams of celery, 1 egg, and salt to taste.

Celery has high nutritional value. The vitamin, iron, and potassium content in the leaves of celery are higher than that in the stalks. Eating celery regularly can enhance appetite, promote blood circulation, and have the effects of facilitating bowel movements, lowering blood pressure, and reducing blood lipids.

Wash the green beans and soak them in clean water for 2 hours, remove impurities. Remove the leaves from the celery, wash and cut into sections. Separate the egg white and beat it. Put the green beans and celery into a blender with an appropriate amount of water, blend until smooth. Boil two bowls of water in a pot, pour in the green bean and celery mixture, stir well, boil, then pour in the beaten egg white and stir evenly. Add salt to taste and it is ready to be served.
