3. Take 10g of fresh bamboo leaf, 50g of fresh reed root, and 10g of wild chrysanthemum flower. Decoct and drink for 20 days as one course of treatment.

4. Take 30g of sparganium and 30g of fishy-smelling herb. Drink as a substitute for tea, without any restriction on the number of times.

5. Take 10g of coptis chinensis, 30g each of snake tongue grass and portulaca oleracea, 15g each of poria cocos, sophora flavescens, cortex phellodendri, tribulus terrestris, rhizoma acori tatarinowii, achyranthes bidentata, polygonum aviculare, aucklandia lappa, and 6g each of akebia quinata and licorice. Take one dose daily, decoct in water and take in two divided doses.

6. Take 10g of winter amaranth seeds or roots and 10g of raw licorice. Decoct in water and take.

7. Take 30-50g of kapok flower and an appropriate amount of white sugar. Boil in two and a half bowls of water until reduced to one bowl, and then drink.

8. Take 200g of pig bladder and 60-100g of fresh dianthus herb (20-30g for dried herb). Cook them together in a soup, add a little salt for seasoning, and eat.

9. Take 30g each of poria cocos and sophora flavescens, and 20g each of phellodendron amurense and cortex radicis moutan. Take one dose daily, decoct in water for external washing.

10. Chicken intestine recipe: Take 1 pair of chicken intestines and 20g of gotu kola. Wash the chicken intestines, cook them with gotu kola to make soup, remove the residue, and drink in the morning, avoiding taking it at night.

11. Take a moderate amount of glutinous rice, make it into glutinous rice cakes, and consume them with warm wine. If you cannot drink alcohol, consume them with warm water. If you eat them in the evening, wait until your stomach is empty before going to sleep.

12. Peel 250g of raw yam, add 400ml of wine, a little salt and white scallion. Crush the yam, simmer the wine over low heat, then add the yam and season with salt and white scallion. Consume on an empty stomach.
