Prescription 1:

30g of Huangqin, 60g of Mudanpi, 9g of Danggui, 24g of Zhike, 24g of Sangbaipi, 24g of Danshen, 24g of Mulberry Oyster, 24g of Baishao, 24g of Taiwu Medicine, 12g of Duhuo, 10g of Magnet, 10g of Niuxi, 10g of Shouwu, and 12g of Shijue Ming.

15g of Wuzhuyu, 15g of Juhua, and an appropriate amount of beeswax.

Grind the first two ingredients into a fine powder, add an appropriate amount of vinegar to make a paste, and apply it to the Yongquan acupoint on both feet before bedtime. Secure it with gauze and remove it the next morning. Once a day.

Prescription 3:

10g of Tianma, 30g of Baijiezi, 20g each of Danningxing, Cangzhu, and Chuanxiong, grind them into a fine powder, and store in a bottle.

Take 20g of the powder, mix it with ginger juice to make a paste, and apply it to the Zhongwan acupoint and bilateral Neiguan acupoint before bedtime. Secure it with adhesive tape and remove it the next morning.

Prescription 4:

10g of Wuzhuyu, 10g of Chuanxiong, 10g of Xinyi, and 5g of Bingpian, grind them into a fine powder.
