Homemade Soups for Spot-Reducing and Beauty-Enhancing

This dish uses Chinese yam and white kidney beans to tonify the spleen and harmonize the middle; red beans and coix seed can dispel dampness and clear heat; Chinese dates nourish and replenish the spleen; raw foxnut astringes the kidneys and nourishes the stomach; lotus seeds lift and clear turbidity. Lily Honey Soup

Ingredients: 30g of lily, 10g of white atractylodes, 10g of cyperus rotundus, 20g of white peony, 20g of glutinous rice, 50ml of honey.

Method: Wash the pig kidneys, cut them open, remove the fascia, soak them in cold water for 2 hours, changing the water every half an hour.
