1. Steamed egg with clams

Method

1. Crack the prepared eggs into a bowl; then add a little olive oil, cooking wine, and water to the eggs and mix well.

2. Shrimp and egg stir-fry

Ingredients: 300g shrimp, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon of salt, a little chicken essence, 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, 1 teaspoon of white pepper, 1 small onion, some vegetable oil.

Method

1. Prepare all the ingredients; defrost the shrimp and drain the water. Add pepper and salt and marinate for 10 minutes.

2. Chop the onion; beat the eggs and mix them with a proper amount of salt and cooking wine.

3. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan, sauté half of the chopped onion; add the marinated shrimp and stir-fry until cooked.

4. Pour the cooked shrimp into the beaten eggs and mix well. Heat another pan with oil, then pour in the egg mixture with shrimp.

5. Stir-fry quickly until the egg solidifies, then sprinkle the remaining chopped onion on top; add chicken essence and stir-fry evenly.

3. Moo Shu Pork

Ingredients: 200g pork tenderloin, 2 eggs, 1 cucumber, 1 black fungus, 1 handful of dried daylilies, 1.5 teaspoons of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of chicken essence, 1/2 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1/2 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 1 spring onion, 3g cornstarch, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar.
