Method: It is recommended to use a ceramic or stainless steel pot to boil the ingredients in water. The water should be enough to cover the herbs by 2-3cm. After the water boils, simmer for another 20 minutes, filter out the decoction, and combine the decoctions from the two times. It is important to divide the decoction into two portions for morning and evening consumption, preferably taken warm half an hour after meals.

Prescription 3

Ingredients: Raspberry, Angelica, Salvia, Chuanxiong, Chicken Blood Vine, Goji Berry, Atractylodes, Red Peony, Bupleurum, Rhizoma Anemarrhenae, Curcuma Zedoaria.

Method: Put all the above ingredients in a ceramic pot, add an appropriate amount of water, boil for about 20 minutes after the water boils, filter out the decoction and drink it. Take one dose daily. It can also be taken together with Chinese patent medicines for nourishing blood and regulating menstruation. I recommend the above three prescriptions, which are effective in treating spleen and kidney deficiency, damp-heat stasis, and have the functions of tonifying the spleen and kidney, drying dampness, and clearing heat.

Symptoms of Endocrine Imbalance

1. Skin deterioration: The skin suddenly develops many yellow spots, darkens in color, and shows spots when the endocrine system is unstable due to adverse external factors.

2. Irritability: Menopausal women often experience irritability, mood swings, sweating, and the worsening of temper, which may be caused by hormonal imbalances in women.

3. Gynecological diseases: Gynecological endocrine diseases are very common, including endometriosis, irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, and menstrual disorders. Some breast diseases are also related to endocrine imbalance.

4. Obesity: Poor dietary habits and lack of balanced nutrition can also affect the endocrine system.

5. Infertility: The brain cortex fails to regulate the endocrine system effectively, causing hormonal imbalances in certain aspects related to pregnancy, which may affect conception. Alternatively, the damaged endometrium may not respond sensitively to female hormones, reflexively affecting endocrine regulation and reducing the chances of successful conception.

6. Breast diseases: Breast pain and breast hyperplasia are mainly caused by endocrine imbalance.

7. Excessive body hair: When the internal endocrine system is imbalanced, excessive secretion of male hormones in females can lead to excessive body hair.

8. Premature graying and premature aging: Premature graying and premature aging can also be caused by endocrine problems. In addition, endocrine imbalance, especially decreased secretion of sex hormones, is an important cause of human aging.
