Ding Gong Teng is made into injection liquid, with 2 ml per vial, containing 6 grams of raw material. Inject 2-4 ml each time, 1-2 times a day, intramuscular injection.

It has been used to treat acute and chronic rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, sciatica, lumbar muscle strain, hypertrophic lumbar spondylitis, and traumatic arthritis in 88 cases. 1. Ding Gong Teng injection liquid
Boil Ding Gong Teng in water twice. Boil for 2 hours in the first boiling, and 1.5 hours in the second boiling. Combine the two boiling liquids, filter, and concentrate to a syrup-like consistency, then add ethanol to produce precipitation.
2. Processing procedure
Filter the ethanol solution and recover the ethanol. Dissolve the residue in an appropriate amount of distilled water and refrigerate overnight in the refrigerator. Filter and concentrate the filtrate.
After precipitating with ethanol for 2 times, recover the ethanol and concentrate the remaining liquid. Add an appropriate amount of injection water, refrigerate overnight, and filter. Add 0.5% (W/V) activated carbon to decolorize the filtrate, and filter.
Add 2% (V/V) Tween-80 to the filtrate, and add injection water as needed. Filter with a No. 5 filter rod, seal, and sterilize at 100°C for 30 minutes. Each vial contains 2 ml, equivalent to 5 grams of raw material.
Contraindications for using Ding Gong Teng
1. Caution for weak individuals
This product has a strong sweating effect, so it should be used with caution for individuals with weak constitution.
2. Pregnant women should not take it.
