Excessive fumigation with sulfur can make gouqi berries appear bright and red, but it is harmful to the human body. When purchasing, it is important not to solely focus on appearance.

Although gouqi berries have excellent nourishing and therapeutic effects, they are not suitable for everyone.

Due to their strong warming effect on the body, it is best for individuals who are currently experiencing cold and fever, inflammation, or diarrhea to avoid consuming them.
