However, this is actually a dietary misconception. Drinking bone soup in the early stages of a fracture not only does not help with recovery, but also hinders early healing. Diet therapy for fractures in the mid-late stage - Pork bone with Angelica and Goji soup:

10g Angelica, 15g Eucommia ulmoides, 10g Goji berries, 3 slices of ginger, 250g fresh pork ribs. Cook for more than 2 hours, drink the soup and eat the meat. In the early stages of a fracture, the diet should be light, with plenty of soup and rich in nutrients. Avoid oily and fried foods and avoid overly spicy flavors. There is no need to be too strict about the various folk sayings about "foods that promote hair growth", but alcohol should be consumed as little as possible or not at all, especially when receiving injections or taking medication.
