1. For hand and foot pain: 100g of bitter melon seeds. Decoct and consume.

2. For weak body and excessive sweating: 150g of fresh bitter melon seeds. Decoct and mix with two eggs, then consume.

3. For sciatic pain: Grind the bitter melon seeds into powder, take 1.5-2.5g each time, and drink with hot water.

What to Do in Case of Bitter Melon Seed Poisoning

Due to its high toxicity, bitter melon seeds are often used externally, and caution should be exercised when taken orally.

Symptoms of poisoning: vomiting, abdominal pain, dizziness, dry mucous membranes, rapid breathing, confusion, initial excitement of the nervous system followed by paralysis.

Rescue method: Gastric lavage can be considered in the early stage, and symptomatic treatment such as the use of lubricating protective agents and fluid supplementation can be administered.
