2. It is not recommended to use Lingzhi in the following situations: one week before or after surgery, or in patients with excessive bleeding.
3. Lingzhi takes some time to take effect, usually within 3-5 days after consumption. In rare cases, it may take effect on the second day, while for some individuals it may take 10 or more days. In a few cases, it may take 30-60 days to take effect.
4. The effectiveness of Lingzhi depends on the duration of treatment. A longer treatment period yields better results. The treatment duration can range from 2-3 months to 6-12 months, and long-term consumption is also possible.
5. There are no restrictions on consuming Lingzhi along with other foods or medications.
6. Some individuals may experience mild discomfort after consuming Lingzhi, such as gastric reflux, dry throat, constipation, or difficulty falling asleep. In rare cases, nosebleeds may occur. If these symptoms appear, there is no need to worry. It is similar to some people experiencing dry mouth or sore throat after consuming chili peppers or ginger. Continued consumption will lead to the disappearance of these discomforts. In severe cases, temporary cessation of consumption may be considered.
