Ginger Beef Braised Rice: A Nutritious and Flavorful Delight

Beef is delicate and can be cooked in various ways, such as boiling, stewing, steaming, stir-frying, braising, and hot pot. Recipe Ingredients:

- Fresh beef: 100-150g

- Rice: 250g

- Ginger juice, peanut oil, soy sauce: appropriate amount

Instructions:

1. Chop the fresh beef into minced meat, put it in a bowl, add an appropriate amount of ginger juice, mix well, then add a little soy sauce and an appropriate amount of peanut oil, and mix well again.
