【Medicinal Wine Recipe】

Cornus 60g, Cistanche 25g, Schisandra 35g, Eucommia Bark (stir-fried) 40g, Achyranthes Bidentata, Dodder Seed, Poria Cocos, Alisma, Rehmannia (prepared), Cornus officinalis, Morinda officinalis, Polygala tenuifolia each 30g, 2000g of pure grain alcohol.

【Preparation Method】

Crush the ingredients and place them in a gauze bag or fine cheesecloth. Put the bag into a clean porcelain jar or clay pot and pour the pure grain alcohol over it. Seal the container. Let it soak for 5 days in summer and 7 days in autumn and winter. After that, open the container, remove the bag of herbs, and filter the liquid until it becomes clear.

【Medicinal Effects】

Cornus and Cistanche wine can nourish the liver and kidneys. It is suitable for symptoms such as liver and kidney deficiency, dizziness, tinnitus, deafness, forgetfulness, weak lower back and legs, and cold limbs.

【Dosage】

Take 10-15ml on an empty stomach, once in the morning and once in the evening.


【Medicinal Analysis】

Cornus: Tonifies the kidneys, nourishes essence, moistens dryness, and lubricates the intestines. It is used to treat impotence in men, infertility in women, excessive vaginal discharge, uterine bleeding, lumbosacral pain, and constipation due to blood deficiency.

Schisandra: It has astringent, tonifying qi and generating fluids, nourishing the kidneys, and calming the mind effects. Cornus officinalis: It has the effects of nourishing the liver and kidneys, astringing and securing, and preventing leakage. It is commonly used for dizziness, tinnitus, lumbosacral pain, impotence, frequent urination, excessive sweating and collapse, internal heat and thirst.
