Ze Xie Tea: Natural Remedy for Hypertension and Edema

1. Ze Xie Summer Tea.

Ingredients: 5g Ze Xie, 3g Xia Ku Cao, 3g Che Qian Ren, 3g Cao Jue Ming, 3g Gou Teng, 5g flower tea.

Usage: Boil Ze Xie, Xia Ku Cao, Che Qian Ren, Cao Jue Ming, Gou Teng with 450ml water until boiling, then brew flower tea and drink. Can also be consumed directly.

Function: Diuretic; lowers blood pressure.

Uses: Hypertension; edema.

2. Ze Ge Tea.

Ingredients: 5g Ze Xie, 3g Ge Gen, 3g Ci Wu Jia, 3g flower tea.

10. Mu Tong Li Shui Tea.
