Herbal Wine Recipe for Liver and Kidney Nourishment

【Recipe】 60g of Polygonum multiflorum, 60g of goji berries, 60g of raw Rehmannia, 60g of cooked Rehmannia, 60g of Ophiopogon japonicus, 60g of Asparagus cochinchinensis, 60g of ginseng, 60g of Angelica sinensis, 30g of Poria cocos, 6000ml of white wine

  

【Function】 Nourishes the liver and kidneys, fills the essence, and invigorates qi and blood.

  
           

 

【Preparation】

  

  1. Grind all the herbs into powder;

  

  2. Put the powder into a cheesecloth bag and place it in a clean jar;

  

  3. Pour in the white wine and cover the jar, then simmer over low heat until boiling;

  

  4. After about 1 hour, remove from heat and let it cool, then seal the jar;

  

  5. After 7 days, open the jar, remove the sediment, and transfer the liquid to a bottle for storage.

  

【Usage】 Take 10-20ml each time, twice a day, on an empty stomach while warm.

  

【Analysis of Medicinal Properties】

  

  Polygonum multiflorum, raw and cooked Rehmannia, goji berries: Nourish the liver and kidneys, fill the essence.

  

  Asparagus cochinchinensis, Asparagus sinensis, Ophiopogon japonicus: Nourish yin.

  

  Ginseng: Invigorate qi.

  

  Poria cocos: Strengthen the spleen and eliminate dampness.
