Chuan Niuxi: Neutral in nature, sweet and slightly bitter in taste, non-toxic, it has the effects of dispelling wind and dampness, promoting menstruation, and activating blood circulation. It is mainly used to treat symptoms such as amenorrhea, retained placenta, joint pain, leg weakness, blood in urine, blood stranguria, and falls and injuries.

Saffron: It has a unique aroma and a slightly bitter taste, and has the effects of promoting blood circulation, resolving stasis, and promoting menstruation, relieving pain, and promoting blood circulation.

Yujin: Pungent and bitter in taste, cold in nature, it has the effects of promoting qi circulation, resolving stasis, clearing the mind, relieving jaundice, promoting blood circulation, relieving pain, promoting qi circulation, clearing the mind, and cooling the blood.

Then, cook them together until fully cooked. This porridge has the effects of warming the meridians, resolving stasis, dispelling cold, removing dampness, and moisturizing the skin. It is suitable for dysmenorrhea caused by cold and dampness stagnation.

2. Motherwort and Cyperus Soup

Motherwort and Cyperus, 100g each, chicken meat, 250g, and 5 green onions. Crush the green onions, and cook them with chicken meat, Motherwort, and Cyperus in water. Drink the soup and eat the chicken meat. It is suitable for dysmenorrhea and can also make the skin radiant.

3. Hawthorn, Cinnamon Twig, and Brown Sugar Soup

Hawthorn flesh, 15g, Cinnamon Twig, 5g, and Brown Sugar, 30-50g. Put Hawthorn flesh and Cinnamon Twig into a clay pot, add 2 bowls of water, simmer on low heat until 1 bowl is left, then add Brown Sugar, mix well, and boil. It has the effects of warming the meridians, promoting blood circulation, resolving stasis, and relieving pain. It is suitable for women with dysmenorrhea caused by cold and without complexion.

4. Ginger, Jujube, and Brown Sugar Water

Dried ginger, jujube, and brown sugar, 30g each. Wash the first two ingredients, slice the dried ginger, remove the pit from the jujube, and simmer with brown sugar. Drink the soup and eat the jujube. It has the effects of warming the meridians and dispelling cold. It is suitable for dysmenorrhea caused by cold and also for melasma.

5. Ginger, Jujube, and Sichuan Pepper Soup

Fresh ginger, 25g, jujube, 30g, and Sichuan pepper, 100g. Peel and wash the ginger, cut into slices, wash the jujube, remove the pit, and put them together with Sichuan pepper in a clay pot. Add 1 and a half bowls of water, simmer on low heat until most of the water is evaporated, remove the residue and keep the soup. Drink it once a day. It has the effects of warming the middle energizer and relieving pain. It is suitable for dysmenorrhea caused by cold and also has a skin beautifying effect.
