1. Fuling Fuzhi Tea.
Ingredients: 5g Poria cocos, 3g Radix Aucklandiae, 3g Astragalus membranaceus, 3g Cinnamomum cassia, 3g Glycyrrhiza uralensis, 3g Flower tea.
Usage: Boil Poria cocos, Radix Aucklandiae, Astragalus membranaceus, and Cinnamomum cassia in 350ml water until boiling, then brew Glycyrrhiza uralensis and Flower tea. Can also be directly brewed.
Function: Tonify Qi, solidify the surface, diuretic and reduce swelling.
Indications: Wind-cold type sweating, body edema, difficulty in urination, or heavy limbs due to dampness and rheumatism.
2. Linggui Shugan Tea.
Ingredients: 5g Poria cocos, 3g Cinnamomum cassia, 3g Atractylodes macrocephala, 3g Glycyrrhiza uralensis, 3g Flower tea.
Usage: Brew with 300ml boiling water and drink until the taste is light.
Function: Strengthen the spleen, dispel dampness, and transform phlegm.
Indications: Chest and rib distention and fullness caused by phlegm retention, dizziness, palpitations; chronic bronchitis; bronchitis and asthma; edema caused by heart disease or chronic nephritis with yang deficiency.

Indications: Nausea, fullness in the chest.
4. Fuling Zhili Tea.
